Hydroponic Beefsteak Tomatoes are simply tomatoes that have  been grown in a soil-free system, our crops are placed in a protected growing environment, free from pests and diseases using natural key nutrients and purified water. Beefsteak tomatoes are just giant versions of regular tomatoes: they are  bigger and sweeter, with fewer seeds and less juice (meaning your sandwich won’t get soggy). They have a much more complex flavour than regular tomatoes. Beefsteak tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and vitamins like lycopene, potassium, and vitamins C, A, and E.

Use:

• The beefsteak tomato is perfect for a stand-alone tomato side dish: slice, lightly drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle to taste with sea salt and shredded basil and serve.
• The beefsteak can be broiled or grilled or stuffed or used in stews and casseroles.
• Serve beefsteak tomatoes on a tomato, cucumber, chutney sandwich or in your burger ( your sandwich will not get soggy).
• Dice the tomato for salads or salsas.
